The nebula was first recorded in 1888 by Scottish astronomer Williamina Fleming on photographic plate B2312 taken at the Harvard College Observatory. The Horsehead Nebula is approximately 1500 light years from Earth. It is one of the most identifiable nebulae because of the shape of its swirling cloud of dark dust and gases, which bears some resemblance to a horse‘s head when viewed from Earth.[2]

（quote from wikipedia）

>>>>> Show full size photograph on the new tab. <<<<<

Date and Place

2014-12-14 Kibougaoka, Fukushima

Scope

Takahashi Epsilon180ED + BetaSGR Focuser

Mount

Celestron CGEM

Camera

Atik383L+
-25[deg-c]

Auto guiding

Off-axis Superstar + GPUSB

Filter

Astrodon Tru-balance Gen.2 LRGB Filter 36[mm] Unmounted
Astrodon Ha 5[nm] Filter 36[mm] Unmounted

Exposure

L : 12x 900[s]
R : 4x 300[s], G : 4x 300[s], B : 5x 600[s]
Ha : 12x 900[s]
Total : 450[min]

Software

Astroart5 SP3 with SHS Version 4.0 beta 1
PHD Guiding 2.3.1
Sky Safari Pro 4.0.5
Stella Image 6Photoshop

この作品撮影時のブログはありません

[8,9
14,13,16,20,21
